| Christopher was admitted as a partner of the Firm on 1 March 1994. A graduate of the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours in 1980, he was called to the Peninsular Malaysian Bar in January 1981 after which he commenced practice with another firm in Kuala Lumpur. As an active litigation partner of that firm, Christopher accumulated substantial litigation experience in the fields of insurance law and personal injury claims. Since joining Raja, Darryl & Loh, however, his practice has evolved into one consisting primarily of all levels of life insurance, asset management, unit trust and trustee-related work. Christopher currently sits on the Council of the Federation of Malaysian Unit Trust Managers as an appointed independent member. He has lectured on unit trusts for the Capital Markets Graduate Training Scheme run by the Securities Commission and has also been a two-term member of the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee. Christopher still keeps in touch with his litigation roots by occasionally taking on court work for the Firm. |
