A graduate of the University of Sheffield, England, Siew Ming was called to the English Bar as an Utter Barrister in 1996 and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London. After being admitted to the Peninsular Malaysian Bar in 1997, she practiced with another firm of solicitors in Kuala Lumpur, concentrating on construction litigation (including arbitration), for about a year before joining the Firm in November 1998.  Siew Ming was a Senior Associate in Chang Wei Mun’s section for some years, handling litigation and arbitration relating to construction and banking, before she was admitted into partnership on January 1, 2005.  She has been admitted as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and is currently focusing on banking litigation and commercial arbitration.
